This was my second time at Propel so I wanted it to be better organized and fruitful. Last year I didn’t really have a specific goal, I just wanted to make art. This year as a returnee I wanted to do better, and I did. I decided to apply to Red River College for their graphic design program. In order to do so I needed to create an art portfolio consisting of 9-10 differently themed artworks. Five of them had specific requirements where the other 4-5 were my choice. I completed all of these by April 25^th, and then occupied my time with art styles I thought would be taught in the program. I’m excited to announce that I was accepted into the program and will be attending Red River next year.
