Dustin Reay - Fashion Exploration

I like to express myself through different mediums. One particular expression I enjoy is creating unique, individualistic fashion by modifying recycled (or “upcycled) clothing. Creativity is important to me when designing my clothing pieces as I feel it shows my character. I set a goal to complete four pieces by the end of the semester. I wanted to craft my pieces so that they can provoke thought or start conversations. I did this because it would be a bit more of a challenge to me and instead of creating something I normally would,  I decided  I would take a step out of my comfort zone and go a little deeper with my pieces.
